It’s that time of year, when school holidays come around and we are always on the look out for new and exciting things to do to keep our kids entertained. So, we thought we would help you out with just a few ideas for some School Holiday Activities in Adelaide.
ONE | Get your kids cooking in the kitchen
We all want our kids to eat healthy, especially when it comes to snacks. One of the best ways to make this happen is to involve your kids in the cooking process. One of our favourites and something that can often be a sugar trip is muesli bars.. Try these delicious ‘Better than U know Choc Muesli Bars.’ YUM!
For inspiration on healthy snacks that you can whip up in the kitchen, head to the Changing Habits website HERE and buy your essential ingredients next time your in for your adjustment.
TWO | Get outside
I recently caught up with a friend who has 4 boys of varying ages and over the Easter break, they went to St Kilda Adventure Playground. After 4 hours of play and only seeing the boys when they were hungry or thirsty, she finally convinced them that it was time to go home.
Located at Fooks Terrace in St Kilda (about 40 minutes North of the City) we suggest you pack a picnic and head out for the day.
