Seasonal Produce for Autumn

March 1, 2021

As the seasons changes from hot Summer nights to cooler evenings, so does the seasonal produce and there is nothing better than buying fruit and vegetables that are in season. By eating food that is currently in season, not only do you get to enjoy the freshest food that generally tastes better, it’s also often easier on the bank account.

What is the Seasonal Produce for Autumn?

The Adelaide Farmers Market guide shares what is in season for early Autumn (March/April) and we have listed a few below, but you can click here for a full guide of seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Once you have read through the seasonal produce below, be sure to follow us on social media for inspiration of season recipes using the latest seasonal produce.
