Starting Monday 22nd May, for 6-weeks we will share recipe ideas, tips of altering meals to be wheat free, motivation + more to assist you in creating a wheat free lifestyle and feeling your best! And at the end of it all, we can celebrate!
This challenge is not about eliminating wheat forever but about learning how wheat affects your body when you eat it and when you don’t. Over 6-weeks, you will feel a change in your body and we will be there with you every step of the way.
Now that you have made the decision to see how your body feels after removing wheat from your diet for 6-weeks, it’s time to get started and prepare for the 6-weeks ahead.
How do you get started?
Step One – Join US
Join the online Facebook community group at

The online community will be a go to point where everyone can share recipes, motivational tips and tricks and our team at The Chiropractic Works will be posting weekly recipes, ingredient replacement ideas and more.
Step Two – Plan
Organise your fridge and pantry.
1. Time to de-clutter and start again – Clean out the bad and avoid temptation, throw your wheat products into the bin. Or, if your family is not quite ready to take the plunge with you, arrange your pantry and fridge to have all of the wheat products on one shelf so you know that it’s a no-go zone for you.
2. Plan your meals for the week – Ensuring you are organised will make the week easier but don’t just plan your main meals. Think breakfast ideas and snacks to keep you going throughout the day.
3. Make a shopping list and hit the shops.
Step Three – Prepare
Get cooking!
Spend a couple of hours in the kitchen and start your 6-weeks by
preparing some meals and snacks to have on hand for the first week.
Being prepared and ready-to-go will help you stay on track.
