STEP INTO SPRING MONTHLY CHALLENGE

This challenge is all about getting moving. So join us and Step into Spring with our step challenge for September.
You will not only be motivated to reach your daily step challenge of 10,000 steps a day but be rewarded for doing it with weekly prizes to be won.

This Yoga workshop is not just about giving you an hour Yoga class for the week. You will only feel the deep benefits of Yoga when it’s practised regularly, therefore Sammy has curated a workshop that teaches you 15-minute Yoga series that you can do at home.
Each Yoga series has a different purpose for your body and mind with one being to;
- Promote Energy, something to start your day and another for
- Restoration and Relaxation

Join us for an interactive hands-on workshop that looks at the traditional ingredients we would have in our pantries.
Hosted by Ruth Kerwood from Keeping U Nourished, we will look at:
- How can you replace your pantry staples?
- What do you replace them with?
- And how do we use these new pantry items?
At the workshop you will:
- Learn alternative ingredients to use instead of your traditional sugar, milk, rice and pastas
- Cook & taste recipes made using alternative ingredients
- Learn new recipes that are both savoury and sweet including a delicious Vietnamese soup made with broth.
- Have the opportunity to shop new ingredients and overhaul your pantry
WHAT’S WITH WHEAT MOVIE NIGHT + 6-WEEK CHALLENGE
This international ‘What’s With Wheat?’ documentary brings together 15 leading experts, discussing the multifaceted issues involved in the increase of coeliac disease and non-coeliac gluten sensitivity. Why is this on the increase and what can we do about it?
On the night at the screening, you will receive a gift bag with a quick and easy guide on how to get started, wheat free recipe ideas and a gluten-free treat so you’re ready tojump into our 6-week wheat free challenge which will start the week after, so you have time to get organised at home!
