Annika’s go-to green smoothie

The perfect green smoothie to keep your energy levels up throughout a busy day.

When you’re on the go, it’s important to kick start the day with some good quality fuel for your body. Dr. Annika has recently met with naturopath, Patti Worcester and was recommended this green smoothie recipe to keep her going throughout the day.

It’s simple to make with no instructions needed as you just need to place all ingredients into your blender, thermomix, etc and blend all together.

Ingredients

  • 500ml water
  • 2 handful of greens- I usually use spinach
  • 1/4 lime with skin off
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 mango cheek fresh or frozen
